Shipping

1. We are able to ship orders anywhere in the contiguous United States.

2. Orders received will ship within 3 days of placement.

3. We ship orders using USPS Priority Mail or USPS Priority Mail Express, with rates based on box size or weight.

4. You will be responsible for any shipping and handling fees. We do not offer free shipping and handling at this time.

Returns

You are always welcome to return any product purchased from The Alpaca Store & More either through our website or in person at our store.

1. You will have 90 days to return an item from the date you purchased it.

2. Your return needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.

3. Your return must be unused and in the same condition it was purchased in.

4. We do not offer exchanges or instore credit of any kind.

5. Once we have received your return, we will inspect it and notify you that we received your return. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policy.

6. Your refund will be issued in the form of original payment, such as credit card or cash in store.

7. Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping fees returning your item.
